How the product is made, what the documents cover, and what we will not claim.
GeNing places production orders directly with partner factories and organises manufacturing against our own product specification. The product is supplied by GeNing: we are accountable for the grade, the documents and the delivery, not only for forwarding a manufacturer's catalogue item.
This is a contract-manufacturing model, not a claim of wholly owned plant. Where a grade is taken from a manufacturer's standard range instead of being produced to our specification, the quotation names the source. Partner factories, laboratories and certifications remain theirs; we do not present them as GeNing assets.
| Step | What happens | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Requirement | We read C.I., system, target performance, volume and destination — or the problem, if the grade is open. | Confirmation of what is missing, if anything. |
| 02 Grade proposal | Candidate grades are selected against your system, with the data that applies to it. | Short list with the relevant properties, not a catalogue dump. |
| 03 Sample & trial | Sample is prepared with its matching document set; trial questions go to the production partner. | Sample, TDS/SDS, and a named contact for the trial. |
| 04 Quotation | Packing, quantity, lead time and price are confirmed per order. | Quotation stating grade, packing and validity. |
Every grade can be supplied with a technical data sheet, a safety data sheet and, against a shipped batch, a certificate of analysis. Documents are provided on request so that the version you receive matches the grade and batch you are buying.
C.I. number or application, volume and destination. If you do not know the grade yet, describe the system and we will propose candidates.
