When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, country, request type, grades of interest, volume and your message. Server logs record the request time and basic technical information needed to operate the site.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or document set, and keep a record of the commercial correspondence. We do not sell enquiry data.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting order, then for the period required by accounting and legal obligations.
You can ask for a copy of your enquiry data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the contact address on the contact page.
